Gerald's Journey at Pet Practice Crowborough
Meet Gerald. Gerald had a problem as it hurt when he went to pee so he was booked in at Pet Practice Crowborough for investigations.
Radiographs showed Gerald had a large Cystolith, which is a mineral stone, in his bladder causing inflammation and discomfort. It was necessary for this to be surgically removed to avoid potential serious complications.
Gerald underwent general anaesthesia in order the stone could be removed. As you can see for a little fella it was quite a size! Happily Gerald is now back to his happy self.
